My name is Tom Hedrick. I am a Texas Real Estate Broker, Certified Real Estate MCE Instructor, loan officer, investor and High School Business Instructor. Real Estate is in my blood. My grandpa was a builder for 30 Years and my mother was his sales manager. My sister and her husband are also successful builders. While growing up my parents bought and sold over 30 houses many of which they bought using creative financing then fixed them up and sold for a profit. I have spent a decade working in both the real estate and financial service industries. Much of that time was spent working with investors, first time home buyers and those with problem credit. I also have worked in leasing and land development.

Over the years I have found that the biggest mistake that people make in purchasing a home is working with agents that do not understand creative financing. If used properly creative financing can actually benefit both the buyer and the seller. Another common mistake that people make is purchasing a home through the listing agent which has the sellers best interest at heart rather than having their own buyers agent to negotiate for them. Most people would not go to court without their own attorney so why go the the closing table without proper representation.

No matter if you are buying or selling we can help you solve both of these problems by educating you and then putting you in contact with your own local real estate agent who will serve your best interest. We also help educate the agents about creative financing from the lenders standpoint so that the contract is written properly.

We also work with a national real estate, mortgage and financial service firm to bring you nationwide one stop shopping. Our goal is to promote home ownership.  We provide the tools, information and a network to help guide people through the often stressful process of buying, selling and financing real estate as well as relocation. We partner with local real estate agents, builders, leasing agents and movers in order to better serve you and make your move as smooth as possible.
